Check in was easy and front desk made a great restaurant recommendation. Our room was in poor condition. Drywall and doors were poorly patched. Toilet overflowed on the first flush… the phone didn’t work so we had to call the location and go through all the prompts to get the front desk just to have them say we would need to go the front desk to get a plunger and take care of it ourselves. There was a HUGE roach in the Kleenex dispenser. We wanted to leave but there was a Cowboys game going on and hotels were booked. Plus we had already paid $450 and were told no refunds since we use a third party to book. First and last time we book with this chain…

The hotel seemed fine lobby wise. The manager picked and chose who he himself would help, and he chose the rich guy with the corvette who was allowed to park it under the awning all night. The room itself was awful. The bed was hard as a board which forced me to sleep on the small chair, because i cannot sleep on a hard bed with the back problems I have, so my poor wife had to sleep on the hard bed. 2nd, the tub would not drain while taking a shower which i assume had something to do with the buildup of hair in the drain. Coupled with pubic hair, and long black hair laying around, this was by far the nastiest bathroom ive ever seen at a "hotel." To top it off, the microwave burnt our food even though we did the recommended time and the mini fridge froze our drinks. I complained to the front desk that we were being forced to leave early due to the conditions and she offered no apology or remorse. I asked for a refund and she said a manager would call me but that hasnt happened yet almost 48 hours later. I should have listened to the reviews but i didnt and thats my fault. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and skip this place. Its worth it to pay a bit more for a better known hotel. Wyndham should condemn this place. Absolutely terrible all around. Side note: this app wont let me load a photo for proof, so thats lame as well.

The staff was fantastic, dining seemed limited, was isolated location, the bed was very uncomfortable (I prefer a softer bed, this was hard as a rock) and the bathroom was TINY. I could get around but BARELY. VERY high price for the night I stayed.

It’s a fun place to stay! DJ in the bar/restaurant at night, good drinks, and good food. The small game room is even fun. The front counter was extremely nice and very helpful the whole three days we stayed there. It was a great experience, no complaints.

I had to move rooms because although i paid for a non smoking room it REEKED of smoke and weed, i am currently pregnant and second hand smoke posed a safety risk so on top of our sheets that were FILTHY we requested a room change and we got one but the sheets were still dirty as if they had not been changed between guests and the shower and bathroom had hair all over the floor that was dark hair meanwhile mine is blonde. All of the towels were stained with either red or yellow and the complimentary shampoo and soaps HAD ALREADY BEEN USED!! The sheets smelled disgusting because i’m pretty sure they had not been changed and the hallways were so loud with people yelling and laughing and running even past 9pm. This has been so far the WORST hotel experience i’ve ever had and a total waste of $200
