I didn’t realize there wasn’t a pool before booking and the property is a little outdated, but the room was very spacious and had really nice blackout blinds in the bedroom. My view of the AT&T Building was also really nice.

The hotel is clean enough, but the rooms are quite dark, with no overhead lights. It was the middle of summer and the AC didn't work properly in the first room they provided and after looking at another 3, I chose one with working AC. The hotel is old and in need of a refurb.

Very nice place. Only feedback that I have is that there is only on microwave on the 25th floor, not in rooms. When I went up to use it, there was a huge bug in the microwave.

Cancelled flight left me stranded in DFW near daybreak. Great customer service upon early arrival. Amazing plaza across the street with unexpected nightlife and good vibes. Like any big city, be cautious walking in the early morning hours due to dozens of misfortunate sidewalk sleepers

This historic Hotel was entirely unable to provide internet to its rooms. The rooms are well sized, but not very well provisioned considering the price. And the television in the room was tiny. The staff was as helpful as could be under the circumstances, but we're handcuffed with the hotels inability to allow guests to even do work from their room. In summary it was a very disappointing stay compared to excellent properties at a fracture of the price a 5-minute drive away outside of downtown.

The outside and lobby are beautiful. Once we got in our room it kinda smelled and wasn’t in the best condition. Housekeeping knocked at 9:00 when check out is 11:00. The staff was polite and valet was amazing 7/10

Everything about this hotel was very nice, only knock and it was a huge one, the AC was not working properly. It was not blowing cold air, I couldn’t even sleep in my bed, I had to sleep on the floor by the vent and was still sweating even in that area. I’d love to come back, but the AC has to be fixed

We had to change rooms two times in the middle of the night. The toilet in the first room would not stop flushing and they put us in the new room. However, the new room did not have AC so then we had to move again. Awful service and awful communication with the staff. They are not helpful at all.

Worth the stay
All though the rooms could use some updates, my stay there was beyond wonderful. I usually stay at the Omni every year butbdecided to try the Magnolia. The staff was incredible! From check in to accommodating my late check out and even ooeningbthe front doors when i camebin and out. Even when I called an Uber the valet boys opened the door for us. I have already booked my room for next year.
