Great location! Right by Toyota Pavilion! However; the hotel itself needs A LOT of work. The pictures online are not what it’s like in person. Outdated, needs repairs. Overall pretty dingy in the hotel room. There were chunks of tile missing in the bathroom, the shower head was corroded & partially worked, the light in the bathroom made this loud buzzing noise, gashes in the walls/hallways, closet door didn’t shut all the way in our room, the TV was mounted crooked, the elevators were SO dicey - loud, jumpy/jerky, VERY unsettling. Everytime i stopped into those elevators I was nervous as hell. Lol. AND the AC did not blow for crap. It gets hot in TX period, let alone June (which is when we stayed here). Again, great location. We were able to walk to the Toyota Pavillion for our concert, but the stay at the hotel was very mid considering what we paid. Will not be back. The pictures online are more extravagant than the hotel itself. Just bring a fan if you’re hot natured like me because the AC is not strong at all. Not to mention the staff was pretty straight faced. Seemed like it hurt to smile when I did manage to get a smile. Overall 4/10 experience. Disappointed honestly.
