I paid in full through Expedia, but the property didn’t have a room for me. Basically told me they couldn’t give me a room and I’d get a refund. Why would I not get a refund?! I literally paid in full before arriving. Left me in the dark in a sketchy area

First I was given a room with two beds when I booked one king, then I see my refrigerator is located outside right in front of the door to the room. So I went back to check in counter asked for a new room, walked in frig unplugged and TV not working. I was too tired and to frustrated to try and get another room.

The room wasn’t bad for the price. The only down fall is that you can hear cars passing by the highway. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy.

Friendly staff, property was very well maintained. Super affordable price. Sound insulation was great even being close to the freeway. Only complaint really was a extra firm mattress. Would stay again.
