Online reservation was not received by the hotel.
I booked online and I lost day-1 because of a delay on my flight, which is fine. But I arrived on day-2 and yet the hotel could not find my reservation on the their computer, which is not believable. I spent about 2 hrs in the cold to phone their customer service and asked for a refund. In my refund they cut off all admin charges, which I felt to be day-light rubbery.

There was roaches in the room, the towels were stained, the curtain on the window wasn’t even on all the way, the bed was springy, the room wasn’t very clean, the outside of the hotel was disgusting. There was trash everywhere on the property. There was creepy/homeless people just sitting on the outside of rooms. People screaming at each other at two in the morning, men sitting in their cars blasting music at night with their lights shining into rooms. Would NOT recommend staying here, especially with a child. I felt so unsafe staying there. It’s a cheap hotel but still not worth the price.

Scary crackhead hotel
I was scared to stay here from the second i pulled into the parking lot. There were homless people and drug addicts EVERYWHERE. That was the most depressing stay at a hotel i have ever experienced. Its not worth saving the few extra dollars.

First of all walked into lobby the place smelled like a trash dump floors were dirty,people hanging outside the office like it was a street corner and the room as i walked in looked nothing like on the website the walls were all stained yellow looking desk and tables had burned cigarette marks bathroom was and tub was nasty looking i found a bedbug on the bed the room had a very bad odor, just a nightmare i wouldn't recommend this place to nobody i mean nobody 😳

When you are looking for a place to sleep and shower get renewed and ready to work this place does the trick. Our room was comfortable and clean. No staiins, no bugs. Shower was good
