Friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing, greeted us every time that we walked through the lobby and was very pleasant and attentive. Location was perfect for my needs, and is in a safe area just outside the loop extremely accessible to major freeways. I stayed three nights and never saw a maid, however, I did not request service and towels were available at the desk. I will definitely stay here again.
