Pictures online make property look nicer than it is. Hotel rooms could use some updating in my opinion. Bed and pillows not great. Somehow we only have only super hot water, no cool or cold which has made the stay unpleasant. Called front desk but staff didn’t seem concerned and said they would also send someone to come check but no changes. So we had to go buy bottle water for teeth brushing and shower was terrible!!! Infinity pool looked alright but mostly dirty bottom and had plenty of debris in it so chose not to swim. No desire to come back, outside area of hotel also smells terribly. However, Bob’s chop house was excellent and service was top notch and definitely recommend visiting there and will be back to Bobs!

The room and the view were outstanding. Check in was great, efficient even with huge crowds. Room service was prompt and phenomenal. Our refrigerator barely held my drinks that were cold when I put them in at slightly cool, so I did not trust the food we put in there and threw it away. This was check out day, so I reached into refrigerator and back area is frozen with layer of ice, so probably not circulating correctly according to my sister who is environmental health inspector. Minor inconvenience, however my biggest issue was valet. I requested my car at 1050 am on the way down in the elevator knowing that it would probably be a wait due to busiest time of day. No problem, we have until 1 pm to be somewhere. 35 minutes later, double check wirh valet that my number was in, all good. 25 minutes after that I asked again. It is now after 12, I begged any of the valet gentleman to please get my car, I needed to go. “Got you” 15 minutes later, cannot find my car, several people have looked. Maybe we moved it after brought around. How is that possible? I was standing there the whole time, never left my car for me. Finally at approximately 1250, 2 hrs later I got my car. Barely made it on time to where I needed to be.

We reallly enjoyed our stay. We put in a request for a room on the upper floors with a good view of the city and thats exactly what we got. The room was excellent. There were lots of dining options on Lamar st which apparantly is part of the hotel complex. Most closed very early (10pm) on a Saturday. We had wanted to eat after the event we attended at American Airlines Center- that said there were still 2 good options to eat. We had a very good stay and highly reccomend the Omni.

The worst service ever. I booked city view room, but when I checked in, the front desk assistant told me I booked regular room and if I want city view I need to wait at least one hour but not sure the time. It was 7:30 pm when I got there. The service is so bad and the lady with no patience.
