Charging me for two nights that I booked as a flight and motel package, when I drove 90 miles to the airport and as I arrived, received notification that my flight was cancelled. Pretty difficult to show up, or give 24 hours notice when your flight cancels that close to takeoff! Expedia and Quality Inn Dallas/Fort Worth airport north, both crooks! Pure theft on both ends, pathetic customer service to boot!

The only good aspect of my visit was the water pressure. The bath tube was falling apart, big crack that opened more while showering, and it was cold and humid at the same time. The workout space was a closet and unkempt.

Excellent value! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The building is older, but the rooms are well cared for and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room quiet. The staff were great (aside from one cranky house keeper) and very accomidating. You really can't beat it for the price!
