The hotel was within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. About 1/2 mile away. There are some restaurants closer but downtown is where we went. The room was clean and staff was friendly. One of the guests was rude by yelling and screaming over a minor incident with staff. Breakfast was ok. Good choices.

I would not recommend staying here. It's an ok place, but the tap to pay does not work so you have to physically have your card and the $50 deposit is a charge and you have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to go back to your card. VS going to the Hilton and it being refunded within the 24 hour period or almost instantly. So definitely pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Found the room reminded of a smokers room that had been painted. Found it was exasperated by the AC when it kicked on. Had to spray air freshener to be able to disguise the odor so I could fall asleep. Need to put fans in bathrooms as well.
