Not very welcoming lobby look, somewhat knowledgeable staff. Room was alright, dated with some modern features. The real reason for the review was maintenance came into my room without knocking while in a vulnerable state. Contacted the front desk about the situation and told me the manager would contact me. Some time passed and he didn’t so had to call back. It took me 3 times because they kept hanging up my calls until I got an answer. Was told the room was going to be half off for the incident, didn’t want to argue it because I was very tired so I took it. When checking out the manager still did not want to talk about the situation. Not a good look especially since I travel to this area quite often
We are a couple that was stopping in this area for a halfway point from traveling all day. For the price, the room was pretty much what we expected. We needed a shower and bed to sleep in. That’s it. As for rest and relaxing….. there was NONE! Several kids were out side our door for hours playing and running around with balls. We saw one of the kids throw the ball and hit the room across from ours, ac unit. I opened our room door once and one child was running from another one and ran into our room door as I walked out of the room. We witnessed a couple of kids looking in car windows, including my own car. It seemed to be more people living at this place than staying for anything else. Again, with this place, you get what you paid for.
The first room had a FILTHY floor. I requested and got a change. Less dirty but I still got black feet. No tissues, fridge, microwave hair dryer. At least linen was clean.
Unbelievably terrible. Had to leave and get a refund 20 minutes after getting to the room. Took 30 minutes to check in as the front desk couldn’t speak English and the lady of the night extending her stay as well as the drug dealer (who seemed to “work there”- the drug dealing jokes made me make this assumption)

Was very decent for price, no bugs. Bed comfy, even booked more days, of course pool out of service tho and never coffee
