The front staff are very rude. 2 incidences by 2 different staff: In 1 case, housekeeping were knocking when I’d extended my stay & had do not disturb sign up. It’s hard for me to come to the door due to pain & disability & heart issues. I said that the maid was there & reminded them of my stay. The guy was really rude & arrogantly said, “Maid? We don’t have maids.” He then stopped right there & when I said she’s outside right now he rudely and in a smart-ass tone said, “That’s housekeeping not a maid.” Um, okay. I’m sorry I didn’t realize that huge of a difference existed and that it required complete and utter rudeness and condescension. He was rude & condescending every time he answered the phone. Another staff member was equally rude & refused to help me when I ordered groceries on doordash & they came to the front instead of following the directions in the app directing them to the entrance of my building. I said that they didn’t follow directions in the app, it was important that she tell them to look at directions in app. I couldn’t get an entire grocery order back to my room as I am. She refused & told them I wouldn’t tell her which B entrance, as directions to the correct door was in the app. We had to retrieve all groceries despite disability and pain. elevator was broken & missed a Dr appt. as I can’t use stairs.
They don’t care if you’re disabled and do little to make sure you’re in correct accommodations even if you come in with a wheelchair and/or cane.
