Overall, this was a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room was very spacious. There was an elevator that wasn't working, but it didn't effect our stay too much. The free breakfast was nice as well.

Hotel was nice in a great location to explore. Room was very clean, breakfast was well stocked with lots of options. Michelle checked us in and was very nice. Pool was out of towels and never got restocked in the evening. Otherwise a perfect stay for us.

I am utterly ashamed of this hotel and its actions. We discovered bed bugs in our room, raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards of this establishment. Forced to leave early and switch to another hotel, we requested a refund. However, not only did they lie to us by claiming they would conduct a pest inspection—which they clearly did not—but they also refused to refund us. We are beyond disappointed and deeply frustrated. We will never return.

Favorite hotel in Dallas!
This is my favorite hotel in downtown Dallas if not all of Dallas. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and clean. It is easy to get to almost any point in the Dallas area from the location of the hotel.
