I checked in very late, almost midnight, victim of a cancelled flight on Labor Day weekend. Front desk lady was so understanding and gave me a 2 pm checkout the nest day. I would definitely stay there again.

I was stranded at Dallas airport after 15 hours of delays and cancelled flights. The staff and accommodations here were such a blessing after everything I had been through leading up to my impromptu stay. I was here from the evening of 8/30 through the early morning of 9/1. I utilized the market multiple times and each time I went down there the staff was not only helpful but friendly. I truly appreciated each one of them. I hope for nothing but success for this location!

Amazing new hotel! Everything is new and clean. They are still figuring things out which is ok. Nearby restaurants are walkable. Only downside is the pool isnt open just yet.

I enjoyed this property and did not realize that it was still under a soft opening. We had a handicap room that was on the 4th floor, which I found odd. If there was an emergency and the elevators did not work, how would the handicap people get down from the forth floor?? Also, the pool was still under maintenance, which I didn't know about until we checked in. It was one of the reasons we picked that hotel! However, the staff was incredibly friendly and the workout room was NICE!
