Amazing night Stay and Great Price

The Lady at the front desk that checked us in was so amazing! She was smiling and happy with her job and very outgoing. She asked what our needs was if we had any and treated us like a vip. The room was comfortable and very clean. We will go back for sure!

Disappointing

Location was good and the desk staff was very friendly but my room was pretty dirty. I had a dog so they put me on the first floor near the door. The carpet outside of the bathroom area was sopping wet. I put a towel over it and it turned brown. Also, if you’re going to charge $50 per pet there should be a pet station outside with bags. For the amount spent I expected a lot more than what I got

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I got the Kind suite and it was amazingly functional and we got the option for a balcony. Wish I would got it on the other side of the hotel instead of overlooking the parkinglot but still very awesome and relaxing. The indoor hot tub was nice and hot and the pool felt great

From checking in to check out, everything was absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff, clean establishment, absolutely comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, we were able to grab a bite to eat after the academy of country music award show at the shark bite located in the hotel, which was a huge plus because traffic was awful! We had an amazing service there as well. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Beds were clean and comfy. There were some areas on the carpets in the hall that need attention. Pool was nice and clear but the hot tub looked murkey. Great location. We would stay again.
