The customer service was great. Chris in the bar lounge area went above and beyond as our server and then to show us the property. The property grounds were nice-the bonus was the koi fish pond with a waterfall. When you visit make sure ask the front desk for some fish food to feed the fish.

The people who checked us in were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were all offered a bottle of water. We enjoyed lounging in the bar area and also in the lobby. The room was clean and when we needed extra towels, they were brought right up to the room. I’m planning on visiting again in the future.

Hotel needs to be renovated. You pay for location. Left my shoes in room. Left two messages and no one called me back when I was told this was the process. Week and a half later called and apparently they use a different prices. Out another $100 on shoes. They don’t pick up the phone when you call. Bartenders over worked. Closed and left after midnight to return at 10 am. You can tell they were all grouchy and short at the end of the night.

This is a problem with Expedia not the hotel. We booked a king room with a KING size bed. But what Expedia told the hotel is we wanted a room with two full size beds. No!!

Everything was wonderful. The only issue was our room had an odd smell. It may have been a cleaner or something. Everything was very clean so I don’t believe it was due to being dirty.
