Front desk staff Meredith was very helpful despite being alone to man desk and shuttle requests. Shuttle service was disappointing, on hold 20 mins then difficult to navigate the construction and driver left when I was approaching van. Had to call back and Meredith kindly sent another van. This was after 1am. My flight arrived at 11:00pm.

The Staff is Something I’ve never experienced before in My 15 years of traveling for Business. The Hotel in a Season where it’s cooler outside, kept their Facilities very cold, the room where we met for Conference felt like they Put the air on Antarctica, so unreal. From the moment I checked in I was treated like I was illiterate. Several times I in every nice way possible tried to explain I had a reservation through Hotels.com, in a very Short Snappy way, The Front desk Attendant while on phone said to me, ID Please. I assumed that she only needed that and everything would automatically pulled up. On my last Day of the shenanigans of this Hotel, I wanted to try their breakfast. At time of making my reservation I called this Hotel In October, they were overly nice on phone, explaining everything included, and stated a Breakfast voucher was. I guess somewhere along my 3 night stay that changed, so on Monday I decided to ask about after I watched 2 of my colleagues get one, once again very not informative, A different staff member says it’s $24, now I’m confused. And they did not explain at all. The last straw was I asked will I still get my One Key Cash rewards, the staff stated, I don’t know what that is and of course left my question unanswered. I was so ready to leave this establishment, I didn’t even bother to use their Shuttle to airport, I ordered A Lyft!!! Getting away from there quickly as possible. Never again, and Neither will my Future Clients or Colleagues as well.

Do not stay here.
No bath towels. Toilet should have been in a kindergarten bathroom.no info in room on hotel. Front desk said there was a hash tag on key card to give you menu for room service but there was no hash tag on my card. No soap in bathroom.Bed so hard it was like lying on concrete.

Decent airport hotel.
Decent airport hotel. Room is large. WiFi works. Shower ok. But the hotel shows signs of wear. Surroundings are not something to tell about. Just a junction with nothing to do around. Offers breakfast and a bar for guests. Noise from nearby DFW noticeable but reasonable.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to you as I had a situation at one of your hotels and was honestly quite appauled. I checked into the Sheraton DFW Airport hotel on Saturday October 26, 2024 and had arranged to spend two nights, with check out Monday October 28, 2024. I had important and strenuous business meetings Saturday and Sunday, and was exhausted by Sunday night. I was looking forward to getting a good night’s rest Sunday night before flying home on Monday. I laid my head to rest and dozed off. However, I was awakened by scratching sounds in my room. I got up to see what was going on and was shocked to see cockroaches scurrying about the room. I am attaching a video of one of them on the wall. Needless to say, this made me very uneasy and unable to rest. I gathered my belongings and made my way to checkout. I have always thought of the Sheraton as a quality hotel and a hotel that I could count on to provide excellent customer service. This stay certainly did not meet that standard. When I went to checkout and spoke to the young lady at the desk, she apologized and offered to provide me with points, as she informed me there was no night manager on duty at that time. Yet, I was awake, having to check out of my room at the wee hours of the morning, as I could not lay down or just sit in the room with the cockroaches. The woman who checked me in was friendly, but didn't give me information i needed about parking and other amenities. I made sure to select a room that included extended parking, but when I got there they had no record of it so I had to pay an additional $50. The microwaves had been removed from the rooms and placed near the (out of order) ice machines, but there was no note telling us that. The ice machine on 3rd and 5 th were out of order, the one on 9th was just missing, so I ended up having to go to the bar. Again, there was nothing indicating this problem, causing me to waste my time looking. The final insult was a lack of coffee in the lobby. Our shuttle driver was great, but the overall experience sucked. We are going elsewhere next time.

Not very nice. Refridgerator broken, all ice machines but one, broken but you had to go floor to floor to figure that out. Pretty outdated, not very clean, and some staff, although nice enough, were not like the typicsl professional, uniform desk clerks. Eating, on phones ect in front of guests. Was disappointing but sheets were clean!
