The hotel was comfortable however my room was cold and I was unable to lower the temperature. I was promised a tub and was given a shower. However the clean room, clean hotel, friendly staff and parking made up for the minor issues. I would stay here again.

The hotel stay was not up to my expectations for the price paid. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed, the bathtub drainage was backed up and caused a build up of water while taking a shower, the remote was broken so we couldn’t watch much tv, and the thermostat changed around during the night causing us to wake up in sweats. Unfortunately this was my experience while staying in that room so I can’t speak for anyone else experience during their stay. Hotel staff was a bit rude and seemed as though they did not want to engage with us at all. I wouldn’t recommend the property only because they charge so much for low expectations. Better off going somewhere a little less with way better hospitality.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was back in 2017. I had an amazing time here. The rooms were clean and the food breakfast and bar food was great. This time in 2024 the experience was not the best. The room lacked cleanliness and needed updating. The bathroom smelled like weed when the vent and lights came on. The shower was extremely small and door opened inwards which was stupid because who wants a shower door to touch them. My fiancé and I were excited about staying there again, but lost all excitement once we got to the room. Will not be returning.
