Clean, quiet, safe stay.

Needed a last minute room and this worked perfectly. Clean, quiet room with a very convenient kitchenette. Could have used more pillows, because only 2 when they’re so flat were a little uncomfortable. But we also didn’t ask if they could provide more.

Don’t stay here!

At the time of check-in I was asked for “paperwork” to certify my dog was a Service Dog, which is illegal ! I am a disabled senior and had to threaten to file a complaint with the Dept of Justice! It is illegal to ask for paperwork! When we got to the room, we passed several rooms with their doors open and guests hanging out in the hallways. The suite was much smaller than what the pictures online showed. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the toilet had black and rust stains all over the inside of the bowl, and there were very few towels. The bed was awful! The mattress was thin, lumpy, uncomfortable, and slid on the platform. We were constantly pushing it back into place! The kitchenette was old, very small, with limited essentials supplied. Overall, this was a poor 3 day stay and we will never return here! To add insult to injury, we had to pay a $100 deposit
