I was really not impressed.. holes in the walls and black mold in the bathroom..looks like things were held together with duct tape..the manager tried to double bill me and I won’t know if he did until my card statement comes in. Hope he didn’t bill me on my card..

Needed a new remote two times was handed random remotes that were unsusable. The vending machines only accepted coins and was only after putting in bills in, with no product were informed that it doesn't accept cash. They will take your money but not reciprocate your loss. Asked for a sign to be posted to let guests know but nothing was done by the following morning. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS i.e Income or quality of the guests stay

We stayed at this property before we went on a cruise. Check-in was great, but we had no lighting on the couch side of our room believe it or not. The gentleman working could not find a light for us so the whole relaxation area was unlit. We asked for a light from other rooms to help us out and we’re not met with our request. We were not giving a discount. We were not counter. We had a horrible horrible experience at this property.

I was stranded in Dallas due to airline issues booked this hotel because it showed airport transport. I tried calling for 3 hours for help. Ended up paying extra for an uber who took me to the wrong super 8 and when i called multiple times to correct the situation no one was available the other super 8 attempted to reach them no answer and i had no choice but to just check in and pay for another hotel so i was charged double basically when someone or something could have been helped and now they are only offering a 25 00 refund.
