Manager was rude and insisted that I pay for another day before I leave to go to the hospital to see my daughter. I checked in after midnight and had to go to the hospital about 8 am and he asked me what time would I return? I stated, I was unsure 🤔. But I Did have a cash deposit put up and my husband was still in the room. I also let him know that I would take care of it when I return. But he insisted that I had to pay before I left!!! I feel like that was totally out of line... I felt that he also done that because we're from out of state... He made us feel uncomfortable 😣, needless to say after paying for the second night we Did Not Stay!!! And We were refused are money back...

Overall, the price is reasonable, but there is a downside: they want to charge extra because the application was used instead of their direct website. I informed them that I have no issues with this but will be reporting it to Expedia, as these are not the conditions under which a reservation should be made.s under which one reserve.

La alarma de humo de nuestra habitación empezó a sonar a las 5:30 am y salimos asustados con nuestras cosas al lobby y le dije al recepcionista y dijo que no podía hacer nada hasta que el de mantenimiento llegara a las 7:30 de la mañana. They charge you a $50 deposit at the time of check in, which is not disclosed when booking. They then check the room in the morning prior to check out and return of deposit. They also charge you an extra $15 (nonrefundable) at the time of check in when using a 3rd party app like Expedia. They do allow early check ins, however, they charge an extra $10 per hour. They have no plugs to connect cell phones. The manager advised me to look for a "spare" outlet or "just inplug something". No visible outlets so I would have had to look behind something. Overall I would not rebook again.

The room was very clean. I was not impressed with the bad business practice of wanting me to cover a 3rd party booking fee. Do not advertise your business with Expedia if you expect your customer to pay the booking fee. It was $15. Plus, this place requires a $50 deposit to ensure everything is still in the room. They wouldn't give my refund until housekeeping went up and verified everything was in the room. Another thing I am still very upset is they took and copied my credit card numbers with my ID and made a printed copy. I have never stayed in a Wyndham hotel that required this before. I will be contacting corporate concerning this.

MOLD and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I used a Towel to wipe my face and it had make-up on the towel and they told me they were keeping part of my deposit, also they charged me a $10 surcharge because I booked with HOTELS.com - I had MOLD in my microwave which was replaced but the Bald Guy was rude and didn't want to give my Deposit back. I offered to go and Buy a Small White Towel - This is the worst HOTEL will never ever stay here again
