Unique and good quality place

The place was unique! Very clean and comfortable. They had a social gathering with food and drinks. We were too busy out to go. This is the best place we stayed at.

Super friendly and attentive front desk staff. Clean, charming room and property. Quiet and in a residential neighborhood. (although the property owner next door needs to clean up their property for a more pleasing aesthetic). Would definitely stay here again! *note-there is no elevator, just stair access to the 2nd floor rooms*

The room decor is nice, and everything was clean—including a cute and tidy bathroom. However, the walls are quite thin, so it gets noisy, especially after 8 a.m., which makes it hard to sleep in. Parking is limited, and the bed was way too soft for my liking. The pillows also weren't very comfortable.

Remodel was great. I loved the room. Very convenient to shopping, dining, close to downtown Dallas. Staff of one was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

Loved it and would recommend.

What a beautiful place! The main hallway was decorated so nicely with so many vintage and heirloom-looking photos and paintings. The lobbies were super cute and comfortable. The rooms were small but comfortable and had all the mod cons. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did appreciate the keyless entry to the building and the room. The parking lot is teeny-tiny and the driveway very narrow. Still a regular sized sedan or smaller SUV would be fine. There is a school (elementary, I think) right across the street so if you visit during the school year, it’s something to consider when street parking and driving there.

An amazing experience from start to finish! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the outstanding customer service to the beautiful and unique interior design, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere else — it’s stunning! What stood out the most was the cleanliness and that bed… seriously one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The room temperature was also super comfortable, which was a big plus considering the Dallas heat. The girls at the front desk were amazing — they answered my messages right away and helped me with all my questions. I traveled with a friend and we both agreed: next time we’re in Dallas, we’re definitely staying here again!
