The location in Dallas is fine and the price was mostly fine, but it was incredibly noisy given the fact that we didn't see another hotel guest the entire 3 days we were there. Outside noise, elevator noise, people talking who knows where, etc. The beds and pillows felt more like a discount motel than a Westin, can't imagine returning there to stay again.

Excellent hotel if you are going to be in the downtown Dallas area. It has great dining options as well. My favorite is the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and great dining choices. The front desk, cleaning, and valet are friendly and efficient.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was great. The Irish Pub on street level has a solid menu with friendly staff. Will be staying here the next time I’m in Dallas. Only issue was they had water heater problems the first day so showers were lukewarm at best.
