Great North Dallas Property

Exactly what one expects from the Westin flag: upscale furnishings, outstanding service and a large, clean room. The bed had built in night lights and charging ports on the headboard. The bathroom was large, and the multi-head shower was truly invigorating. Also, the hotel is pet friendly (extra fee) with walking areas nearby.

Check-in wasn’t smooth.

Upon arrival and post-check-in, we went to our room. The door had a do not disturb hanger on the knob. We asked the cleaning people to check it. After 10 minutes, the head cleaning rep checked the room and it was vacant and the room was not clean. So we had to return back to the front desk to get a new room. So the check in wasn’t smooth. Overall stay was nice.
