The room itself was pretty dirty and disheveled. Broken drawers and racks in the closet. It could use a deep cleaning from top to bottom. But we found roaches in the kitchen and behind the headboard the last morning of our stay. We booked it based on the excellent rating and it was surprisingly bad.

The staff at this hotel are SO nice. Every time I had a question or need they went above and beyond being helpful. The room was nice, the kitchen is very handy. My only snag during my stay was our garbage disposal wasn't working and after the first day the sink in the kitchen would fill with water quickly, making washing dishes difficult. I asked about it twice, but I think they were having trouble getting maintenance out. I would stay here again!

We ended up changing rooms three times due to either bedding not available, AC broken and not cooling, or rooms just being dirty. The mattress on sofa bed in the last room we got to had huge dirty stains, the sheets on it had not been changed. Fortunately, we had only one night stay, but it was horrible and gross.
