The only thing I did not like was that elevators were
not working and was staying in 4th floor .

The rooms close to the highway you will hear the traffic all night. We requested a different room on the other side for our next night and they changed us with no problem. Front desk staff very nice. We knew about the elevator being down but would have been fun to check out the rooftop bar.

The young lady at the front desk Samantha was exceptionally nice and accommodating to our needs especially when she arranged our accommodation to the 1st floor. The elevator was not in service and this was a plus on her part. The room was nice but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the freeway was horrible. There should be more people like Samantha representing these hotels.
My stay at this property was HORRIBLE…..will be contacting corporate. We were notified at arrival that the elevator will be out the whole weekend so my boyfriend and I had to carry our heavy luggage up to the fourth floor. Due to my foot being fractured recently it was hard for me to do that from Friday to today(09/16/2024). We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop lounge because we didn’t want to continue walking up the flight of stairs. As we left out one afternoon we asked for more towels and never received them. Our shades in the room didn’t work properly. The toilet didn’t flush correctly. There was a noise every night that sounded like someone was trying to enter our room. The limited breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! I believer that there should be some type of compensation for the elevators being down THE WHOLE WEEKEND!! Again, I will be contacting corporate.
It’s good stay just needed somewhere to spend the night. Only thing is that it’s next to the high way so you’ll be hearing vehicles all night lol but front desk is super friendly and helpful 10/10
This is a great hotel the location was perfect and all the restaurants nearby were amazing as well I would have given the hotel 5 stars but I’m going to give 4 stars because the elevator was broken and I just had surgery and I had to keep climbing the stairs which my doctor told me to keep away from stairs but the guest service did help me with my luggage so that was a plus. It’s just climbing the stairs due to the broken elevator that took away the 5th star.
