The hotel was decent, pretty clean except I hate other people’s hair all in the room!! Sweep, vacuum something. Also NO HOT WATER for our night shower! Luke warm at best and when I called it was basically oh well. Also the front desk staff working Saturday evening and Sunday morning need a lot of CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! The attitude is like a whole bunch of uninterested college kids! So unprofessional to tell a customer to wait while you clean and spray a trash can for them the check out! I just left, told her to email me since unfortunately we are Hilton Honors members. SMH no wonder all of these businesses are failing, look who you are hiring!

Great location, but some concerns

The staff were great, but sometimes they seemed understaffed. For example, the breakfast area and cleaning staff. The breakfast was good. They would just run out of food and I would have to wait for more to be put out. The location between the Rough Ryder ballpark for the College Baseball Classic and the mall was perfect. Lots of food options within walking distance. The room was clean, but sparsely furnished and had poor lighting. We were there 3 nights and the hallway carpet was a mess most of the time. The made service appeared to work hard, but someone else needed to be on vacuum detail. Overall, the bed was comfortable and clean. The location was great and it served its purpose well.

The Gm, Blake was so friendly and helpful in every way. If we needed anything and we made him aware of it he provided whatever was needed. From our check in, Monday through our check out, Friday, Blake and the entire staff were very helpful. If you are looking for a friendly place to stay with a great staff look no further. If I had a complaint, it would be that Blake couldn’t convince my husband to switch from his 49ers hat to a Dallas Cowboy hat.
