Front desk lady gave me a room that was occupied already. Walked in on someone In their room. So I went back to the lobby to let her know so she gave me another room. Around an hour later someone tried to walk in my room good thing I had the latch on. She was giving people random rooms that were occupied already. And to add to the stay the sheets in my room smelt bad. I do not recommended this place.

Hesitant to use Hotels.com after this experience!
My reservation was made well in advance of my stay. ON THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL I called ahead to let the front desk know I would be a late arrival, to confirm my room, and to be sure I was getting a walk in shower as requested at the time of my initial reservation (I'm recovering from hip surgery and cant step in/out of a bathtub yet.) I was told they would have a room with walk in shower ready for me upon arrival. I arrived with my daughter about 930pm. As i was parking, I received a call from the front desk. They needed to discuss an "urgent matter." THEY OVERBOOKED AND BUMPED MY RESERVATION! I went in to the lobby to be met with the associate. She was rude and condescending. She acted like i was inconveniencing THEM. After an hour or so, Tru found me another accommodation in another town and picked up the cost. The other hotel was more of a motel, and definitely not the same value. I was in town for a large competition and most hotels were sold out by the "night of." It was clear why the place i was put- wasnt sold out. It was a place for us to sleep, so we took it. We didnt get checked in until after 11pm because of all the time spent finding another place and the drive time to get there. My daughter missed several hours of sleep for her competition. We were told that BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM, they bumped our reservation because it wasnt booked through their own brand! Im hesitant to book through Hotels.com again and getting the same result. Very bad experience.

I give this location. Friendly attentive staff. Great customer service. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed walking to the harbor area. Just that close.

The rooms were clean and cozy. Parking and location was convenient. Hard wood floors in each room made every step the people above us sound like someone was knocking on the door. Could also hear every little noise on the outside of our room door. Could not sleep very well, which is why I’m giving 4 stars across the board.

I didn't like the fact that i b i booked a double Queen bed just to be able to get a tub shower. However i was given a shower.when i called guess services in the hotel let them no that im disabled and i must soak in a tub not a shower .The only thing the lady offered me was a shower chair.
