The property is very clean. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Each room had a TV and there was a TV in the livingroom. The rooms were spacious and had a closet. The kitchen had a full size fridge and dishwasher. It also had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The property had a gym and outdoor space. The property felt safe for 3 women and 2 kids coming back late at night. Our only issue is the people above us had kids and we could hear stomping at times, otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Needed a room after late-night flight cancellation

Our flight out of DFW was cancelled, and we needed a room on short notice. The positives were the friendliness of the person at the front desk when we checked in, two bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths, the presence of a washer and dryer with detergent (which we needed for clothes we had worn all day because we couldn't retrieve our suitcases), an a/c that worked well, comfortable beds, and a nice kitchen. This would be good selection for a long-term stay. The only negative was the strong odor of marijuana on the fourth floor. The smell when we exited the elevator was pungent, and it permeated into our room. Someone was clearly smoking a lot of marijuana, and there were no consequences.

It was good to find a 3 bedroom apartment which is a rare. Room's condition was fine. Didn't have any bed smell in the room. But corridors really stinked like a dead animal or rotten food. They seriously need to put an air conditioned at 68F in corridors. They leave it un air conditioned and it makes it smell bad. They really need to use room freshner. They could increase the room cost by $20 per night and work on removing the smell forever. Otherwise it appears like a cheap motel even though its not. Had a dead cockroach in bathroom when we entered
