Very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. The washer/dryer inside the suite was very convenient. The outside patios are a very nice spot for smokers and nonsmokers as well. 10/10 will stay again when in Dallas.

The staff was very nice. The lobby and suites appear to be very new and clean. But the furniture in the suites( I looked in 3 suites ) was used, very stained, and torn in some suites. I changed hotels after 1 night.

The 1st room my family and I was put in had bed bugs so we were moved to a different room while they claim to determine if the bugs were bed bugs. I was told I would not be charged for the 1st night only for them to claim they called in Terminix and said they were not, I really didn’t care what kind of bugs they were all I know they were bugs in the bed that makes them a bedbug!!! I requested a copy of the Terminix report I have yet to receive it!
