I will definitely stay here again. All the staff were incredibly helpful. Due to a long flight and some delays, I hadn't eaten in over 14 hours, the staff took my order for a meal and delivered it to my room. The street tacos were excellent. Also they do a happy hour for wine (probably beer too). Room was spacious and clean. Only difficulty was accessing the TV channels, I had to call for directions as you have to start on a special channel and toggle up and down from that. I will always stay here when I transit through Dallas.

DO NOT rely on shuttle service

Average hotel. Service was fine. Clean. However, we relied on this hotel to provide a shuttle service. The shuttle was on time. HOWEVER, they were small shuttles and filled up fast (around 9 people per shuttle) and the shuttle went to every hotel in that block so do NOT rely on the shuttle. Just get an uber.

My flight arrived very late, and the desk clerk and the transfer driver assisted me in getting to and from the hotel to the airport. It was a very upsetting time, and the security The airport was no help. Thank you so much for having a wonderful staff that assisted me.
