At first glance, hotel looked nothing like its pictures. it was decent for the price. The first night of my stay, there was a cockroach in the room and we immediately packed up. As we were taking trips to the car to load it up, a rat went under a door of another hotel room. We checked out and informed the person at the front desk and asked for a refund to which he said the manager would be in the next morning so I can contact him about that. The manager asked for proof which is understandable but no one will check out at 2am for no reason. I contacted Expedia and they sent over an email with proof and the manager refused to do a refund for 3 nights. That hotel is a health hazard for anyone and everyone staying there.

Room 234 needs attention ASAP! The AC unit was not operating properly. The carpet was drenched with water around the unit. I notified the manager on duty. He sent two maintenance workers to check the unit. They said that due to the condensation, the carpet was going to be wet. I may not be a expert on AC units. A wet carpet??? Next the toilet seat was loose. Not a care in the world. What if a eldery person fell of the toilet and injured themselve. Negligence maybe? The shower grab bar was broken. Whoever is going to read my post. Hopefully the upper management reads my concerns. The hallway needed vacuming. Imagine the water damage that is being done through neglect!! Maintenance needs maintenance due to the total disregard by the your so called maintenance workers.

Okay, so . . . a few things: 1. This is next door to a strip club. Very interesting. So be ready for all kinds of people in and around that area. 2. It was decently priced, and accommodations were okay. To me it was clean. 3. No house cleaning after the first night but I was only there 2 nights - not a big deal. It wasn't the worst hotel and not the best. Again, I thought pretty good for considering it was next to a strip club. There were nice vehicles in the parking lot and families staying as well. Breakfast pretty standard: eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. Nothing fancy - basic.

Overall it was pretty good, but the floors needs to be vacuumed better. We found so many foiled stars on the carpet. One thing that bothered my husband was the door hinges on the bathroom door, they were rusty. The breakfast was pretty good, i would suggest a type of sausage. They ice machine on our floor didn't work.

The staff was very kind, accommodating, and understanding. The room was clean, comfy, quiet, and cozy. Breakfast did not have a lot of options, but i enjoyed it nonetheless. Would stay again!

The hotel was itself a decent location to the airport and convient. The weight room cardio machines all don’t work, you’re FORCED to eat breakfast in lobby and CANT bring to your room is weird… shuttle only for airport.. which is fine but it’s nice some places offer up to X distance for free. It was ok stay nothing good or bad.
