While staff is always co-operative and excellant, some renovation work is in progress since last 6 months I believe. So its noisy most of the time. You see junk all across the floor

After checking in, my daughter and i left 30 minutes later. Our room had roaches in the room and bathroom. Also the hallway had a funny smell and the carpet was stained and very dirty. I will not come back to this location again!!

Great hotel to say at. Good location east to find with plenty of free parking. Be prepared to pay a refundable $100.00 Deposit when you arrive, no exceptions per the staff. Great remodle rooms with comfy king size beds. Shower was not hot only warn water. One leaking shower faucet and a sticking toilet valve. The breakfast and coffee were decent. Good price here.

Hot!
I understand hotel is under construction.. but a hot room is unacceptable. I did not make a fuss about it because I checked in late and had an early morning. So only spent a total of 7 hours in the room. Mind you there were vending machines to buy water, no snacks, literally nothing as described in the pictures. Breakfast horrible! But you get what you pay for right.. so anyway just want others to be aware.. pictures are false. Just saying.. pay the extra $20-30

Upon check in, I was told the key card reader was broken and the person at the front desk would have to let me into the room and would bring key cards up later. We never received them. They also put a $200 deposit on my debit card that they said would take two to three days to credit back to my card.

Never getting this hotel again. Hotel was just dirty everywhere and smelled like smoke and paint. Tv never worked the a/c did not cool as much. Mold in the restroom ceiling. The breakfast was the worst. Never again.

Roaches all over the room and bathroom, mold in the shower, cleaning lady did not clean. I asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper because the lady didnt clean and he told me that i had to go to the front desk to pick them up. Belts on the treadmills kept getting stuck. Worst hotel.

The first thing I noticed, when I walked in, was the awful smell. The hotel had a very musty old smell. I arrived around 2:45 pm to see if they might have a room clean and ready by any chance. To check in. There were none ready so I had to wait in the lobby till after 3. The lobby was not very welcoming. All the furniture was crowded together.. and it was just dirty. I had to use the men’s restroom on the first floor while I waited. I walked in and almost threw up from the smell of stale urine. The pipe on the sink was broken so when you turned on the water it drained on the floor. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms on the fourth floor. I would fire the crew doing the remodeling the remodeling, very poor workmanship. I am glad I was traveling alone and not with my wife.. this is not a place I would want my family to stay.

Two lamps in the room were not working. During breakfast, the drink machine did not work, and the refrigerator with milk and yogurt was not on. There is no water fountain in the hotel.

Poor quality of every furniture item. The toilet did not proper flush. The iron and ironing board were dirty and damaged. The couch was damaged and dirty. Hotel staff were fine. Strong smell of urine surrounding the pool. The room would not de-humidify.
