The rooms in this hotel are dated although the lobby is nicely done. The breakfast was a disappointment in terms of the food offerings. I would not stay again. Further the AC units are very loud. I had to turn the unit off to get some rest.

Most helpful frontdesk. They helped me with the booking even though my flight got delayed and i arrived next day they tried to accomodate me very well. Frontdesk siddhi is super sweet and helpful.

Card was never activated so couldn’t enter the room and hand to go up and down. Room was not good. Ac was not working and water was leaking. Was moved to another room. Front desk not good in understanding simple English. Rooms were ok. Continental breakfast was a joke. If you call bagel and cereal continental breakfast then I must have stayed in wrong hotels before. I wish I would have booked the hotel I stayed in before instead of this one

Bathroom fixtures were broken right from the shower handle, knob, body lotion dispenser bottle was dangling on the wall. Towels had holes in the corner. Hotel floor was too smelly. Staff was welcoming and courteous, surrounding area and pool was clean. Property is 1 miles away from the food outlets and that's little inconvenient
