Double Charged
Paid for room through Hotels.com when making reservation. Upon arrival, hotel charged again. Was told they would make it a “deposit” and return it at check-out. At check-out they said it would credit back at noon that day. A week later, they still have not credited the 2nd charge back. Door to room would not close without force. Complimentary breakfast was only cold bagels.

I have stayed at Spark by Hilton Richardson Dallas multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are consistently friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their exceptional service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, during my most recent stay, I noticed that the breakfast menu had changed. Unfortunately, I found the new options less satisfying compared to the previous offerings. I hope the hotel will consider revisiting the menu to better meet the preferences of returning guests. Overall, Spark by Hilton Richardson Dallas remains a great place to stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

The property recently transitioned to a Hilton. The good is the hotel is clean with friendly staff. The less good is the breakfast changed to only bagels and coffee with rancid orange juice. Before it was a full spread breakfast with eggs. Meat. Breads. Waffles. Juices. Etc their was also oddly no soap or shampoo and they don’t have it up front but maybe they forgot to add as it’s big bottles bolted on the walls.
