Long waiting time for their shuttle pickup (it wasn’t the shuttle mentioned in the booking, but a small minivan instead). The shower in the room was leaking and didn’t work properly. The worst part of this stay: a delivery guy knocked on my door at 1:30 a.m., saying I took his delivery. He kept repeating something about an “order,” but I couldn’t understand him at first because of his strong Indian accent. Terrible experience overall.
