Yuck!
As soon as I entered the room (324) all I smelled was cigarette smoke. That evening I showered, the tub was clogged and backed up so I was in ankle deep water filled with someone else’s filth. Next morning I told the front desk about the smell and the clogged shower and the tub needed “attention”. Maintenance unclogged the shower but the tub remained dirty! I tried to use some Fabreeze to cover the smell of cigarettes but it didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

The bed was comfortable and there was a nice choice of pillows. The sheets were a bit old and pilly and scratchy . The overnight person must not have felt compelled to put forth any effort. The breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 to 9:30. By 7:00 a.m. when the day shift person came in all of the food was not yet out. There was no yogurt, no fruit of any kind, there were no coffee cups. When I entered the breakfast room, other guests were searching through cabinets, trying to find things for themselves. The breakfast was hot at least and the eggs were real eggs. Thank goodness for that! ***Management also might consider calling the Humane Society and have them take care of neutering all the feral kittens that swarm the property entrance

Booked a handicap accessible room. Shower had a tub too high to get in, and a shower seat was provided, but the shower didn't have a handheld showerhead. So needless to say bathing wasn't an option. Thankfully it was just for 1 night. Bed was very low to ground and uncomfortable as well. Could have just been this room with those issues. We would stay again despite these things.

The bathroom and shower were dirty. The mattress on the bed was awful, hump in the middle, and slanted on both sides. The room was decently clean, but could’ve been better. The water was light tan color.

Seriously needs upgrade. Tub was very worn as example. Biggest concern was roaches. Only saw/killed a big one (water bug?) when we checked in late, but dismayed to see/kill 4 or 5 in the morning! Would not have stayed if we knew!
