Room was small, but clean, thoughtfully furnished. Breakfast was fine. Lost a star because the heater/thermostat didn't work and had to run AC to keep the unit from clunking all night. We didn't call the desk, so maybe they would have moved us or fixed it if we'd have asked

Uneventful, both dogs & I slept great! At first, I thought I’d hear the interstate all night but turned on the ‘ constant fan’ feature in the thermostat & slept like a baby.

DIRTY USED SHEETS
Upon check-in I inspected my room for cleanliness only to find that my sheets were not changed from the prior customer. I notified the front desk and the clerk came up and took pictures. She offered to have the room cleaned at that time. I am just wondering how many people they do this to. Unsanitary!

The construction is lacking any form of sound proofing. I heard conversations from one side and children running from the other side. Toilets flushing all night. Not relaxing. Exterior access doors from parking didn't work, creating unsafe travels in dark parking lots. I didn't feel safe. Staff weren't friendly... more robotic and disconnected.

Road noise was bad on the interstate side. Would request a room on the opposite side if I stayed again. Sausage didn’t look like it had been cooked properly at breakfast. Eggs and pancakes were good. Air conditioner in room was loud. Otherwise very clean and comfortable place to stay while traveling.

I'd definitely go back
The service was impeccable, and the coming areas were clean and well cared for. I liked that there was a variety of comfortable seating, and there were things to do like the pool, a small gym, a pool table. There were minor maintenance and cleanliness needs in our room. We were on the highway side, but the noise wasn't too bad on the 4th floor. The breakfast was disappointing, but that's not what I'm there for.

The room was in a good and safe area but there were some things that could have been better. Our kids went swimming and they had hand towels to dry off with. Then the only way you could get back in the hotel was to go out the door that went outside. It was in the 50s so my kids were super cold especially since they didn’t have a regular sized towel to cover up with after swimming. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the hallway smelled like rotten vegetables. The front desk staff were friendly but we won’t plan to stay here again.
