Nice stay.
Check in was fast, easy. Room was clean, a bit noisy. The heat was loud especially when trying to sleep. However we have used this hotel several times and will continue to do so.

Elevator broke down We were on 4th floor Luggage trolley tipsy Staff were apologetic but couldn’t fix problem. Overhead manager saying didn’t get service on elevator until next day because of cost for emergency repair. Clearly had been not working on and off.

I think the person’s name was Jared who checked me in. He was awesome. I was in for a funeral and he had such empathy. He gave me a bag with water, tissues, and candy. He also let me choose a snack. More people should be like him! The room was pretty noisy but I’ll still stay here because of my sense of safety and Jared.
