The thermostat system in on room did not work at all. In another room, the themostat was also faulty. The desk staff was very responsive , but there was little they could do. Needs serious maintenance attention.

Absolutely loved the hotel from the moment I walked in. From the friendly greeting to the beautiful decor. We used the outside patio seating area, which was so very lovely. The guest room was also beautifully decorated and most importantly clean. I'm looking forward to booking again at this hotel and I've recommended it to family and friends.

This all-in-one hotel is truly exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, and the on-site restaurant is a well-appointed establishment with a remarkable menu. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Guests can dine outdoors on the back patio, and the fire pits add a unique touch. It offers an experience akin to a small resort, making it ideal for a weekend getaway or business travel. I have experienced both, and I always look forward to returning, hoping it will be as wonderful as before. Fortunately, this place consistently exceeds expectations.

Jerk attitude customer service

My neighboring room was snoring so loud I woke up at 140 am and contacted the front desk at 3am. I understand the hotel can't do much. But when I checked out at 345 am with no sleep they front desk did not even apologize let alone provide a partial refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAME TO SLEEP AND GOY NONE.

This is the third time I stayed here. The bed is comfortable, the food at the restaurant is good, and the free coffee and snacks in the morning is convenient. I will definitely stay there again!
