Classy hotel
Top notch hotel, everything about this hotel is classy. Clean, modern and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was great for us but, the restaurant is also available, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

4 Stars? I give you 3 Stars!
This is our second stay at Hotel 0 degrees. Our recent stay was not satisfactory in that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We paid the extra money to stay here as opposed to a 2 or 3 star HoteI to get that added luxury experience. I do not believe that pets should be allowed in a hotel such as this. Customers with pets should go stay at a Comfort Suite somewhere if you have a dog. This dog barked all night long in the room next to us. Their baby was crying and a lot of banging was heard in the adjoining room very early AM. We got no sleep that night. And when we complained to the desk in the morning, all we got was "Oh i'm so sorry". No offer of compromise or reduced cost for the stay or credit offered for another stay. Nothing. I would hope that we may get a letter back from the manager sympathizing with us and make an offer for us as we will not be inclined to stay in the future otherwise.

These are just suggestions, not criticisms. If you ever decide to redesign the bathrooms, I think you should select shower doors that go completely across and not only halfway. Also the water pressure was a little low, and the water temperature was not as hot as I would have liked it. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at your hotel. Thank you
