Melissa was wonderful. She's friendly and knowledgeable. She couldnt do enough for us. Tammy was super helpful at breakfast. All staff was smiling and friendly. Our room was perfect We will stay there again on our next trip back to Danville.

In Room 215, the bathroom door is badly damaged and wooden splinters are visible from top to bottom. In these surveys, include a section to upload at least 2-3 pictures. This will allow you to see what we see in the hotel rooms and hopefully the deficiencies can be addressed immediately.
