The staff were terrific but the rooms and bathrooms were not that clean. The smell of cleaning products were overwhelming but yet things looked dirty especially the bathroom. The floor and shower looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Location was ok. Only about minutes from Casino and Riverwalk area.

There wasn't any personal hygiene items in the bathroom, no hand soap, lotion or extra toilet paper. The heat seem not to heat well, I had turn the temperature up to 78 to warm the room.
