Reserved this hotel specifically to have a place for the kids to swim on a race trip. 1 hour out of the way to findout at check in that the pool is out of commission. No dining. Rooms need updating.

Have always loved staying here and has a wonderful staff! But facility needs updated, repairs made and pool and hot tub no longer work. If repaired we would continue staying there.

The staff here is great and very helpful, and good breakfast. However the last 3 times the pool and hot tub were not working and this was very disappointing. There is no estimate on when or if will be repaired. This should not be listed as available on Expedia.

Not worth the money

Poor start. We arrived late and had to wait almost 10 min. to check in because staff member at front desk was smoking weed in a vehicle in the parking lot. Got set up in room and found A/C was not working well. The thermostat was set at 65 but the room was 75. It got down to 73 when we woke up 8 hours later. Hotel was definitely old. Door to the room looked worn. Bathroom door had peeling paint and there was mold on the ceiling. There was hair intge shower that had not been cleaned up. Breakfast was very good, though. The breakfast staff was attentive to keeping the food stocked. We really appreciated that. Overall, this is one of the worst Hampton Inn hotels that we've stayed in.

The staff were outstanding. Although the room was clean, there seemed to be mold on the shower ceiling. The air conditioning unit started up like a freight train. The door to the room was very difficult to open and close. The hotel is being renovated later this year.

No hot tub or pool since NOVEMBER 24 Don't think they're ever going to fix it That's the only reason I stayed there. Price is ridiculous. Cold shower Sunday Morning. No one at the desk to check out at 5:15 am Won't stay there again I want to cancel the uncancellable reservation for this weekend and get my money back

I hate to leave this review, because I love the HILTON hotels. This was the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever seen under the Hilton name. I walked into a room that smelled just like dog and urine. The next room we were moved to had a nasty bathroom floor, a partially patched up hole in the bathroom door, stain in the ceiling, spots on the walls and a carpet and bed rail so dusty, and full of dirt. The drawers wouldn’t even stay closed. They kept sliding open. The bathroom shower handle was broken and the refrigerator never got cold. Dog prints and scratches were every where. I am not used to Hilton hotels being like this. Now that I know, I would never choose them again.
