I’ve used Expedia many many times for flights and rooms and I booked this for my Daughter and Grandson for a special trip. I booked this particular place because they had a pool and hot tub listed. However, both were out of order. That’s pretty sad. I would appreciate some consideration on a possible refund or reduction in the cost of this stay!

Clean, comfortable room with friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Only down was pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for a long time, since there wasn’t even water in it. Wish I had known, my son loves to swim. They need to update their advertisement since the pool is closed long term.

Well overall it looked nice, until i went to close the blinds. I then found mold on the curtains. The room smelled musty and damp. The bed might have been the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The staff was very nice and the room looked nice otherwise

Waiting to get checked in was painful (way too long) poor front desk guy called for help but it never came. Beds were awful. I haven’t had a back ache like this in years. Bathroom walls were grimy
