The staff are friendly and helpful unfortunately the rooms have a large amount of mold that can be smelled as soon as the door opens. This was unhealthy and unlivable. I’ve stayed in some bad hotels before but never have I had to sleep with a washcloth over my nose. I tried to tough it out one night and woke up at 130am to book a new place. I ate the cost of my hotel and had to go up the street to another hotel. I can’t believe that this place is able to be a choice hotel or a quality inn or even open without some sort of health violation. The people were very nice but I’m sorry this is so unhealthy to stay in.

The amenities were rusty and broken. The lamps were rusty. The bed frame was very old and made noise when you moved the exterior stairways are full of cobwebs and there are marks and chains in the walls in the bathroom and the showers.

What made us laugh was the bed. You sat upon it, and it made a deep groan from the metal base. Hysterical! At the price point of the hotel, not surprising. The hotel is a great place to rest your head for an evening, and has a decent restaurant on premises. But the pool was not kept up as good as it could be, it needed cleaning. The room furniture had wear and tear, but was serviceable. Overall, acceptable for an overnight stay.

Don’t stay here!

Definitely not worth the price! Carpet old, worn and dirty. Shower/tub backed up while using. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Felt like we were going to roll out of the bed. When getting out of the bed, the bed would pop like it was going to break. Just a place to lay our heads. We will not stay there again.

Mostly the place was an enjoyable stay, the only issue we had was when we arrived and opened the door to our bathroom it smelled like smoke in our non smoking room. We reported it to front desk and were told the room next to us was a smoking room and sometimes if the door is left closed the smoke smell comes over from the other room.
