The lift didn't work for the duration of the stay a family got stuck in it on the first day.. Dated tech in rooms, tvs were probably 15 years old. Have to pay to park!! Yes it is discounted but this should be free if you are paying for a room. Do not recommend better options in the surrounding area.

Great stay!
Really reasonable process stay for me & my daughter. The beds were super comfy; we both slept really well!! Duvets were particularly cosy!! Great choice for breakfast too.

The General manager was very helpful and kind. Even though we were non IHG members she extended our stay for an hour to accommodate the arrival of our ride. She told us she will send us an email to become IHG members however, we have not received the email invitation from IHG. Appreciated her help though.

Overnight stopover to visit the Bluewater shopping centre. Clean, massive bed, air con, nice shower room although the sink was very slow draining. Breakfast was help yourself buffet with both full english items and continental cereals, fruit, pastries, juices etc. Would definitely go back again next time.
