Beautiful hotel, unique artwork, great waterslide & hot tub. We had an issue with our toilet & it got fixed quickly. Right outside is a small plaza if you need any snacks, coffee, liquor, etc.

We won't stay here again to be honest. We put several frozen items into the freezer when we checked in. In the morning, we discovered that everything inside was completely thawed, despite the fact that the freezer felt cool and the compressor was running. We go to Dartmouth on Costco runs and a freezer is essential

I love this hotel however we were there for 5 nights and was only able to get our room cleaned once. It was very frustrating and took multiple attempts with staff to get the one cleaning done. We literally had to chase down staff for the basics such as toilet paper and towels. No coffee or toiletry supplies replenished at all. We had to put our daily garbage in the hall. We spoke with the front desk several times about this but no resolution.
