Hidden fees after check in
I requested a cot at check in, and was waiting for it for two hours, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t remember me requesting on and told me I had to pay an extra 25 plus tax for a lumpy old cot and she said the pillow and blanket are in the drawer, and there was only one, but it was for the pullout sofa. So I had to go back down and request a blanket and pillow and she was rude to me about it.

Not my first stay, and won’t be my last. Your best option in Dauphin with large, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. 10/10!

A little disappointed that being a new hotel, the toilet is loose and bulbs burnt out. Lots of running and banging (might have been above us?) until 2am but nice and quiet after that. This bathroom would not be suitable for someone using a walker ot wheelchair.

Lovely stay, great bed, quiet large room. The only thing I didn't like are the toiletries, tiny bottles of shampoo, body wash etc are not eco friendly at all. Refillable large bottles would have been better.
