What a nightmare not happy

This hotel is not very professional. The lights didn’t work properly in my room and they were very unresponsive to my needs. They weren’t nice at the front desk. The key didn’t work in the elevator and there were several other issues with construction going on in the room next-door, I would not recommend this hotel

Service is excellent and staff are very courteous. The hotel has a bridge to the SM Mall. The carpet in the hallway smells stinky. Sink clogged. Not all lights are working in the bathroom. I have to do my make up near the windows.

My room was clean, though the bathroom showed some signs of wear. One of the highlights of my stay was the reliable internet connection, which was essential for my travel needs. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, exceeding the hospitality I’ve experienced at other hotels in Davao City. I must commend their exceptional service; even though they were fully booked online, I was able to extend my stay without any hassle, thanks to Jude's assistance. Additionally, the hotel's direct bridge connection to the mall added a layer of convenience that significantly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend the Park Inn to anyone seeking quality accommodation and a friendly environment in the area.
