I made numerous attempts to contact NIGHTMARE ISLAND before, during, and after booking to inform them about my severe nut allergy. Despite reassurances through online chat, the buffet breakfast on the first day of our stay was filled with uncovered nuts, causing me to suffer an anaphylactic reaction and requiring the use of my EpiPen twice. The resort's response to this emergency was severely lacking, and their offer of only one additional EpiPen was insufficient given the circumstances. Furthermore, the condition of the room was unacceptable, with evidence of poor cleanliness and maintenance. Despite promises of discounts and complimentary items, we did not receive any of these benefits. Ultimately, due to these issues, we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. Initially, some staff members offered a full refund, pending the clearance of any additional charges incurred during our stay. This did not occur - we were refunded a partial amount of our stay - which is just not okay considering the circumstances. False advertising!! My fiancé was served a meal covered in ants. What is most definitely is NOT what is available within this resort.It looks like an abanded island - if I could rate them no stars - I would
