Great nice, clean, inexpensive hotel.
Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Comparable to a big brand, expensive hotel. I've stayed there twice. Breakfast had many hot options: eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, biscuits & gravy. This is my go-to hotel when we stay in Dayton. Very friendly staff.

The check-in was easy. They even let me check-in at 12pm. The room was average, not dirty but not deep cleaned. The breakfast started at 7am and was pretty much the normal you would get else where

One of the better stays in all of Dayton!
This was one of the better stays we've had here in Dayton. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our request for a 4th floor room. The hotel was very clean and updated and the room was spacious! The breakfast... Absolutely wonderful! Hot cheesy omelets, crispy hash browns, good bacon, Dbl. Chocolate muffins, good yogurt, juices, cereal. One of the best hotel breakfast's by far. And the price was very reasonable. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be revisiting frequently!

For the price I paid the accomodations were very good. It was clean but tile grout in showers could use a solid going over. The room itself seemed clean however the need for more outlets for electronics was quite evident. (Multiple adults with electronic needs). The breakfast was good and the hours for the breakfast were very generous. I expected the room to be a little bigger for 3-4 adults.

This is the place!
Hotel is behind businesses so was quiet. Very clean inside and out. Wonderful hot breakfast of sausage, omelette, chunk potatoes, toast, 3 juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.
