Cristy was very welcoming and made me feel at home. She called me in my room after I checked in to make sure everything was ok. She is a shining star. I did find the dining area to be very dark and the menu very limited. But overall, a great stay.

I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I know it was a couple hours before check-in, but I had to go the other direction on the road. You would cancel it. But would not give me my refund. I will never use your app again emergencies happened.
