Wonderful place to stay. Very professional attentive staff. I received a call in the morning advising they. Are renovating do there may be construction noise between 8 am and 5 pm. I appreciate knowing ahead of time. the construction work did not disturb our stay in anyway.

I have been coming here since I have been a kid we decided to stay here after coming from Florida absolutely terrible, construction wasn’t even the issue the whole stay we weren’t able to access the pool due to 20-30 unsupervised children running around throwing snow/ice balls at people almost breaking the window above the pool , they were running up and down all the halls causing me not to be able to sleep , they were playing on the elevators making me have to wait 15 minutes to go downstairs, now I know that’s the responsibility of the parents but at the same time the staff should of held those parents responsible I didn’t pay good money to stay in what I consider a nice hotel to have a absolute horrible stay due to poor parenting and unruly children

The renovation made the stay terrible. The room was ok, but we did not enjoy the renovation. I don't believe Expedia told us it was under construction. The hotel staff did call and tell us, though, which was nice. I'm sure it will be nice when finished.
