Would definitely stay again

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was not concerned walking on the floor with bare feet or feeling like I needed to check the sheets on the bed before I climbed in. It was obvious the bedding was clean and fresh. The breakfast had a nice variety and was tasty.

Staff is not very friendly. Housekeeping services only does towel exchange. They don't empty the garbage or make the beds. They run out of breakfast food if you don't get there early.

We stayed over night for dance competition for our granddaughter. It was very convenient location wise - many restaurants, shops in the area as well as close proximity to our venue. The rooms were clean as well as the exercise room and pool. Will use again if we’re looking for a place in East Dayton.

I booked this place based on the good reviews of breakfast, beds, and sound proof rooms. However, the room wasn’t quite sound proof as I could hear stomping in the room above us late at night and early morning. The fire/smoke detector on the ceiling was flashing a bright light all night keeping us awake. The blinds were not black out so we could still see the parking lot lights at night. The positives were the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Not sure I would book this place again due to the noise.

Mostly okay

Front desk employee was unfortunately a disappointment - when asked about recommended locales in the area, she was incredibly dismissive, which was a real turn off. In addition, they were unable to provide linens for the in room sofa bed. Aside from that, facility was clean and enjoyable.

Dirty bathroom

Building is nice and new. Nice staff. Many choices for breakfast. Bed was hard as a rock. Hair in shower and overall bathroom not super clean.
